Your reality is orchestrating different ways to present you with challenges, appropriate to your attainment in that moment.

This is similar to a school curriculum and when you begin to see it as such, you are able to feel less helpless.

In fact, imagine that your life is a series of simulations to strengthen your spiritual muscle and to assist you with your ascended mastery.

Energy follows attention. Your attention amplifies whatever you are focusing on.

Choose your thoughts, feelings, words and actions wisely. It all creates your reality.

Don’t judge, criticize or condemn others on their journey through their life experience. When this kind of energy is directed at someone, it will return back to you in many unpleasant ways.

Instead, find ways to appreciate and praise. This will return to you as Divine blessings in many ways.

Hold the vision for what you wish to create with intense feeling consistently.
