I wish to make your journey as simple as possible and as clear as possible, so I offer you a Recipe for Embodiment. You may think of this as Ascension, Enlightenment, Heart Opening, Sahaja… The destination you imagine does not matter, it is the process, the journey that is of merit and importance, for if you do not journey, you never arrive.

The Recipe for Embodiment

Just for today, Forgive yourself for EVERYthing, and then, Forgive everyone around you – just for today.

Just for today, pour your love into everything you do and shower love on everyone you encounter – just for today.

That is a very simple recipe, is it not?! But do not be deceived by its simplicity. Simplicity can only be practiced by Masters. If something is complex, there are many layers behind which little mistakes may be hidden. If something is simple, there is nowhere to hide; this is why it requires mastery, self-mastery, to incorporate this recipe into your life.
這是一個非常簡單的秘訣，是不是？但不要被它的簡單性欺騙。簡單只能由大師做出。如果某樣東西是複雜的，有著很多層面，可能隱藏了一些錯誤。如果某樣東西是簡單的，就沒有地方可藏。所以這需要精通，自我精通，把這個秘訣整合到你的生活中。
Be very aware: You do not have to get it right! Not at all. What matters is that you practice with an open heart, every day. What matters is that commit to practicing opening in kindness, compassion, love, laughter, peace, patience, joy, and forgiveness. Of course, there will be moments that baffle you, that overwhelm you. That is the process. Be gentle with your wonderous self and, when you feel ready, recommit to your practice.
要明白：你不需要去做對。不。重要的是你伴隨著敞開的心每天去練習。重要的是堅持練習友善、同情心、愛、歡笑、平和、耐心、喜悅和寬恕。當然，有著挫折的時刻，不知所措的時刻。這是過程。對你奇妙的自我溫柔，當你感到準備好，重新開始練習。
I wish to note the three aspects of this recipe, to break them down for you so that you may truly understand the ingredients you are using.

Just for today – long practices can feel overwhelming, impossible even. 'Just for today' asks you to focus on a short spell of time that is quickly past. 'Just for today' asks you to focus on the present now, the eternal now , by only taking in bite-size pieces. This you can do, you are more than able for the discipline, the expansion into 'Just for today', just for now.

Forgiveness matters so much that it is a foundation stone in spiritual practice. This is because it requires you to look at the most painful, the most haunting, the deepest shadow moments in your life and bring them to peace, transform them into the light, by forgiving yourself and forgiving the other.
寬恕很重要，它是修行的基石。這是因為它需要你看向最痛苦、最陰魂不散、最陰暗的人生時刻並把它們帶向平和，把它們轉變成光（通過寬恕自己和他人。）
Truly, all error occurs due to a misunderstanding, a misalignment… as you progress, that misalignment is corrected and you err no more.

Your shadow is your alchemist, it allows you to turn pain into love, darkness into light. Embrace the mastery you now hold within you by forgiving yourself and others copiously, generously, expansively, repeatedly. Then watch your life transform; you have gone through an important initiation when you choose forgiveness, when you can stand in your pain, honour it and lavishly forgive. Forgiveness cleanses the channels through which love flows, expanding and purifying them so that your love may course through you stronger, brighter and more glorious than before.

Love, as all of you reading this know, is not a Valentine's Day card! Love is an expression of divinity. Consider love to be white light, which can then break down into many different colours (some of which you see, and others which are not yet visible to your human eyes). Those colours are all aspects of love: kindness, compassion, laughter, joy, patience, endurance, integrity… the list is long. There is an entire menu of love from which you may choose in any now moment. At one time, patience will be the aspect of love best employed; in another moment, laughter will be the divinely appropriate characteristic of love to bring forward.

You are Masters, you are more than capable of the task at hand. When you waiver, when you feel as though you can't go on, or you need help, call upon us and wait for inspiration, for a nudge, for an idea: it will come.
你是大師，你完全能夠勝任手頭上的任務。當你放棄、當你感到好似你無法繼續下去或者你需要幫助，呼喚我們，等待啟發、推動、一個想法：它會到來。
We love you and we are here for you, in service to you.

Dear Ones,
親愛的，
You are exhausted and perhaps a bit angry. This is not how you anticipated you would feel now or ever again. Even though you are prepared for your new life, you are experiencing a time between.
你很累，也許還有點憤怒。這不是你預期你會感到的。即使你為新的生活做好了準備，你正在體驗中間地段。
You are neither of 3D or fully beyond 3D. So your thoughts flow between “I should” to “I don't want to” to “But if I don 't, will I be alone?” Frightening thoughts for many. Encouraging, even forcing you to make decisions you feel too tired to make.

You have the energy to perform a few tasks around the house or maybe greet a few friends, but not much more. Yet, you push yourself to do more, to be as you once were filled with energy and ideas.

Even though it might feel counter-intuitive, your basic responsibility now is rest. The energies floating about for the next few days will take more of your energy than you thought possible. This last month of your calendar year is a culmination of all that has happened throughout the year. The same has been true in past years – especially since you initiated your transition – but the energies of this December are more forceful and dramatic than any you have experienced while of the earth in any lifetime.

That is not to say you will become ill or leave earth because of these dramatic December energies, but instead that you will not have the energy you expect every year at this time.

Others, not awakening or awake, will pooh-pooh your need for rest. You, the party person, wanting to be home and drinking hot chocolate. You, the giving person, not having the energy to host anyone this year. So, those yet of 3D will try to force you and others into a 3D routine that is comfortable for them – but exhausting for you.

It is time to listen to your heart. Do you have the energy or the need to be the life of the party, the caretaker, the shoulder to cry on, the shopper, the food preparer, the decorator, or money giver as you have in the past? If so, that is wonderful. But if not, honor yourself. Most of all, trust yourself.
是時候聆聽你的心。你是否有精力或需求去成為狂歡者、照看者、被依靠的肩膀、購物者、準備食物者、裝飾者、或給錢的人，就像過去那般？如果是，那很好。如果不是，榮耀自己。最重要的，相信自己。
You have transitioned beyond group think UNTIL that group think includes holiday expectations and guilt. For indeed, those used to your holiday preparations and concerns will expect you to comply this year with the added guilt of “We need you to create the bond we are used to because this year has been so uncomfortable.” Many of you will comply. Not because you want to or have the energy to do so, but because those shoulds outweigh your sovereignty, your trust in yourself.

The fear that no one will like you if you do not comply with their needs will reign supreme for many of you. Buying love through the financial or physical draining of your resources will continue until you say, “NO” to yourself and others. You can no longer be partially 3D.

This year, 2020, was your year of discovering you and what you need despite temptations to create what others need as you have done for 3D eons.

If you continue to fulfill others'needs before doing so for yourself, you will create emotional and physical barriers for yourself. Catering to others' needs before yours is now similar to touching a hot stove. You will burn yourself either physically or emotionally.

Many of you dislike that last paragraph because you believe it means taking away your freedom to be. Instead, it is creating your freedom to be. If it is your role to serve others, you will feel joyous doing so. But if the very thought feels heavy and carrying it out is exhausting or creates some physical ailment, you are, in a sense, touching a hot stove.

You are different. Allow that thought to be. Then allow that others may also be different. So informing those with expectations of you being the caretaker or party maker may create a divide – or be completely acceptable.

It is your choice. Do you wish to sacrifice your emotional or physical health for others, or do you wish to claim yourself? The last few days of 2020 will clarify that concept for you as 3D expectations clash with your new being. Who are you? Or better yet, who do you wish to be? For this is the dividing line, many thought they would never have to cross.
這是你的選擇。你希望為了他人犧牲自己的情感或身體健康嗎？還是你希望宣稱自己？2020的最後幾天會為你澄清這個概念，隨著3D的期望與你新的存在不協調一致。你是誰？或者說，你希望成為誰？因為這是分界線，許多人認為他們永遠不需要去跨越的分界線。
Some of you are declaring to yourself that you can do holiday preparations a bit at a time and so continue to meet your rest needs and others' expectations. So you might. But at what cost to you? That is your decision. And this is most definitely decision time. So be it. Amen.

我來是要提醒你們當心。你們再次轉生而來是為了盡量不犯同樣的錯誤，但那些錯誤仍在延續，因為智慧尚未固定在你們身上（我指的是人類中的一般情況）。

我曾居住在組成亞特蘭蒂斯大陸的那些奇妙島嶼中的一座。當我在那裡生活時，那兒是天堂——至少對你們來說那就像天堂一般。我那個時代的存有，把自己大部分生命用於創造美及盡可能在和諧中生活。那時存有們之間的交流是坦誠、純淨和誠實的。

我們在這種團結、協調、友善的精神中生活了很長時間。後來我們在自己美麗的群島上接納了一些存有，而他們對生活的構想與我們完全不同。我們沒有提防，於是被一種毀滅性的力量吞沒了。那是一種我們無法理解、剖析的力量。我們不知道怎樣在那種力量面前保護自己。

正如你們所知道的，你們的很多亞特蘭蒂斯兄弟目前就轉生於這個世界上——主要在西方，如美國和歐洲。那些轉生於美國的，是需要從自己的失敗中多多學習的存有。他們得糾正自己對完全遵守神聖法則的存有們犯下的一切過錯。

那些來毀滅我們的存有完全被強烈而又冷酷的權力欲、支配欲、統治欲所驅動。我們知道自己終將無法抵抗或鬥爭——無論是在身體上還是在精神上，因為我們沒有他們那樣的武器。於是我們的文明和世界就被毀滅了。

我沒有經歷那場毀滅。我是以另一種方式看到那場毀滅的，因為我屬於那些來救人的存有。我們是來拯救那些仍與神連接的存有、那些沒有在風暴中迷失的存有、那些保持著靈性聯結的存有。我們有很多人來撤離這些屬於我們近親的存有，也撤離了位於地球其它區域的一些存有。地球在這些動盪中深受打擊。

我今天之所以給你們講這些，是要告訴你們：沒有什麼是無足輕重的，無論是你們的行為態度、言談話語，還是對地球母親那些資源的運用。當不再有尊重、不再有萬物一體的意識、不再有顯露出的聖愛、不再有博愛與友善時，一切都必會以某種方式翻轉過來。

大洪水的故事還留在你們記憶中。它不是來自亞特蘭蒂斯，而要更古老一點兒。許多文明被毀就因為人們不遵守神聖法則，沒有意識到自己是什麼、是誰，沒有意識到源頭在不斷顯化於自己周圍。他們沒意識到這只奇妙的行星飛船過去和現在始終都是一位活的存有。

你們現在正處於和這世界上生存過的所有文明相同的境地。那些文明不明白：他們沒有通過自己的行為表現不斷向源頭致謝。他們不明白自己不僅與這顆行星聯結在一起，也與所有生命聯結在一起。

我來這兒不是為了跟你們談論種種災難，只是是，要告訴你們：過去發生過的將來還會發生！只要人們不覺悟，過一段時間那個進程就會自動重現。

之所以在世界各地、在各個文明中都有一些存有得到了拯救與幫助，那是因為他們已經覺悟了，因為他們曾提供過幫助，因為他們顯示出了種種變化。這些存有和今天的我一樣負有一項使命，那就是盡可能地提供幫助，以使那不幸的事件不再重演。

在這個週期結束後，那對地球母親來說很不幸的事件將再也不會重演！你們的地球母親將變成你們整個太陽系中、你們所有星系中乃至更廣大得多的區域中最美好的學校！

想像一下：地球變成了一個得天獨厚的休息場所、一個使人返本歸源以重獲精神力量的地方。來自許多星系、許多世界、許多太陽系的存有，將在這裡重獲力量並在純愛與美的方面得到更新。一切都將在無限的美中被再造出來。在這個世界上將長出壯麗的樹木，將出現許多絕美的植物以及你們根本想像不到的花朵。

會有一些極其溫順、美麗的動物來到這個世界上。生活在這裡的人們將持久地與神聖事物、與神相連接。這些人將懷著無限的聖愛、敬意、喜悅歡迎來自各地的生命。

只要你們願意，就可以成為以這種方式迎接眾生的人。你們將會做出這樣的選擇，因為你們曾受過艱苦的磨煉。我們中的許多存有也將回來經歷這場重生，因為我們深愛過這顆如此迷人、如此美麗的行星。

How can we inspire greater peace for you right now other than to remind you that it comes from within? You have always been preparing for these times. It is just that as the spin intensifies towards the middle (centripetal force) and the energies compress within you, and you must use everything you've got within to birth yourself. You knew it was not outside of you, but now you are feeling it. The paradox is that it is outside forces that are pressing this radical change upon you. The vital trick is that you must use your inner strength to sustain yourself (with the opposite, centrifugal force) from within and not to collapse from the external force. These are two pressures of creation. All is One; you know that too. All roads have led to this moment.

Your lives-long preparation has gotten you to this point, so pat yourself on the back and feel the accomplishment that you have arrived at this point of questioning to innerstand what we mean…which, of course, means that you are here to help others get it too. You know what an inner journey it has taken to arrive here at this point with the awareness you have. A million questions have been conjured and answered even more than that, just in this lifetime! And so the teacher must return to the beginning with the wisdom she has long acquired, to convey the pure, simple, true wisdom for the initiate. One must understand the full language in order to teach the purity of each letter, sound and syllable. In the beginning was the word, and the word was God.So the clarion call has come and it is time to express yourself from the truth you have come to know, for it is the word of God and will be heard.

Feel nothing less than the lion's force of stealth, beauty, grace, wisdom, foresight, presence, agility, calm, ownership, sovereignty, protection, community, pride, determination, responsivity, will and ferocity within you. Everything that you have become and everything that you thought was still outside of you is yours now, and you must use it. This final opposition is upon you, and each individual strength inspires the collective force of light to win. You have the deep inner knowing that the light always wins, and that is a humbling, inspiring truth to steel you for the final relinquishment of the dark. Stand strong dear One; it is time. It is a personal stature of One that is supported by everyone together as One for the purpose of Oneness for All. All for One and One for All.

Greetings, humans on ascending Gaia. We are the Ascended Dragon Collective. We light the fire, we ignite the codes that have been long dormant within your realm. For the light has come. We are bringers of the light, as are you, embodied humans. You bring the codes from your star homes, from your healed inner work and with your grid work you plant them. We see that your DNA is being upgraded, both individual and planetary. You are fatigued not only from this but from your external environment of change. Change is needed for ascension. You know this. It is shaking many awake. Do not become disheartened on your journey for though the peak is high you are at the summit. Soon the breezes shall be less intense and more welcoming. (I am seeing a lone hiker on a snowy mountaintop surrounded by snow and wind but as they begin to walk down the other side of the mountain they are smiling and taking off their hat and gloves, they are more comfortable.)

Dear One,
親愛的，

Do whatever you can thinkof to keep your vibe high. This includes anything that makes your heart singopen and your entire body rejoice. For each it is different, but for most italways includes nature, music, dancing, singing, connecting to others, creativity,imagining, inner communion and especially, joy and laughter! This is the bestmedicine you have, so taken often as necessary. All of these things are alsocontagious, so remember the best virus of all, inspired by love.

We don't need to tell you that these are the most challenging times of your life as an unknown threat is being cast upon you like an ominous boogeyman. And so you must do what you did as a child when these imaginary threats loomed. Your mind perpetuates what you feed it, so be extremely vigilant about what you expose yourself to and what you allow to dwell in the sacredness of your mind. Your heart is the most powerful generator on the planet, so use it well and constantly, knowing that it has no bounds. You are a divine spark, and your light is more powerful than any darkness. You are protected and guided at all times, if you allow yourself to receive it. This is
a solitary battle that takes place in tandem with the unification of all your siblings of the light. The New Age indicator beacon is well lit, and nothing that the negative groups do will be able to avoid this Quantum Leap, that has been foretold for so many ages.
