親愛的弟兄們！我們是大角星!

Achieving balance is not an easy point, it is not an easy or simple task for you.  Achieving balance is being fully focused on the moment, on what you are experiencing right now.  Living the future brings imbalance, because it generates expectations, anxiety, fetched projects that are often not achieved.  Living the future is moving away from the present, it is moving away from reality, it is moving away from what is effectively real.  Living in the past is remembering, it's bringing back feelings that aren't always good.  Remembering the past brings pain, sadness, heartache, melancholy.
實現平衡不是一件容易的事，對你來說它並不容易或簡單。實現平衡就是完全專注於當下，專注於你正在體驗的。活在未來會帶來失衡，因為它會產生預期、焦慮、通常沒有被實現的項目。活在未來就是離開當下，離開現實，離開實際。活在過去就是回憶，它會帶來並不總是美好的感受。回憶過去帶來痛苦、悲傷、心痛、抑鬱。

So what is the right point?  Live in the present, live in balance.  The present has no history, no future;  it's the present.  So this is the great wisdom, to live the step that is being taken now, to live the step that is being taken with love.  Because with every step taken with love, it will reverberate and bring back more love.  Pay attention to the steps you take, how are they taken?  With uncertainty, with doubt, with discouragement?  What will this step bring you next?  More doubts, more uncertainties, more insecurities.  So learn to take one step at a time, but take each step with love, with joy, living that moment, living the joy of that second, that moment.
那麼正確的做法是什麼？活在當下，生活於平衡。當下沒有歷史，沒有未來。所以這是偉大的智慧，活出正在邁出的步伐，伴隨著愛邁出的步伐。因為伴隨著每一個愛的步伐，它會迴響，帶回更多的愛。留意你邁出的步伐，它們是如何邁出的？伴隨著不確定性、疑惑、氣餒？這樣的步伐會帶給你什麼？更多的疑惑、不確定性、不安感。所以學會一步一個腳印，但要伴隨著愛、喜悅邁出，生活於當下，體驗當下的喜悅。

Don't be worried about the future.  The future will come from what you do today.  Yes, we understand that you are receiving a lot today that you have done in the past, but these are the points that you cannot escape.  You will have to treat them and shut them down.  Now, what you do today, it's coming back very fast, not much time ahead.  Then emanate only good things: love, joy, happiness;  and that's what you'll have up front, very soon.
不用擔心未來。未來會來自你今天所做的。是的，我們明白你在今天收到了很多你在過去所做的事情，但這是你無法逃避的。你必須處理它們，關閉它們。現在，你今天所做的，它會快速返回，不需要太久。然後只散發美好的東西：愛、喜悅、幸福；這就是你很快會擁有的。

Whatever you are emanating now, as you hear these words, will reverberate back to you perhaps in a second, depending on your state of mind.  Live looking at the now, live emanating the now, the present.  Always try to keep yourself in balance, because when you think of imbalance, more imbalance you attract.  Now if you think everything right, with joy in your heart, with love, that's what you'll get back more and more.
無論你正在散發什麼，也許會立刻返回你，取決於你的心境。去看向當下，活在當下。總是去保持平衡，因為當你思考失衡，更多的失衡會被你吸引。現在如果你正確地思考一切，伴隨著心中的喜悅，愛，這就是你會更多得到的。

So be very careful what you think and say and emanate right now, this minute, because it will all come back to you.  There's no way it won't happen.  Everything you emanate comes back, with the same or greater intensity.  Participating in this little journey is an honor for us.  So here we will leave our energy.
所以留意你的思想、話語、正在散發的，因為都會返回你。不可能不會返回。你散發的一切都會返回，伴隨著相同的或更大的強度。參與這個小小的旅程我們很榮幸。所以我們來留下我們的能量。

“Think with balance. Act with balance. Speak with balance. Emanate love, joy, health, peace and harmony. You are the very scales of your bodies. Fill the right side of the scale with lots of love, lots of peace, lots of harmony.  It doesn't matter what will come in the future, what matters is what you emanate here in the present.  Live in balance”.
“平衡地思考、行為、述說。散發愛、喜悅、健康、平和、和諧。你是自己身體的天平。把右邊的天平放滿愛、平和、和諧。未來會到來什麼不重要，重要的是你正在散發什麼。生活於平衡。”

Don't despair.  Don't be discouraged.  Everything is moving fast to happen.  Never lose hope.  We are all here, contributing to the turning point of this planet to happen in the most peaceful and harmonious way possible.  And be assured that what you are emanating today will reverberate quickly from now on.
不要絕望。不要氣餒。一切都在快速移動來發生。永遠不要失去希望。你們都在這裡，做著貢獻來讓這個星球的轉折點在最平和、和諧的方式中發生。放心，你今天散發的會快速返回。
