光之家人-理解和體現

Dear ones, Humanity is now experiencing the Ascension process: The shift of humanity from being human beings to becoming trans-human beings. This is the human species' becoming conscious beings.(as, all animals and all living species….)
親愛的，人類正在體驗揚昇進程：從人變成超人。就是人類變成有意識的存在（所有動物和生物也一樣...）

Ascension is the raising of personal vibration to a higher, more refined level so that we can reach closer proximity to the Creator/Source. This is a time of great awakening when we realize that we are infinite spiritual beings having a temporary human experience. Ascension is the process of accelerating your energy upward toward the light.
揚昇就是把個人的振動提升到更高、更精細的水平，這樣我們可以更加接近造物主/源頭。這是我們意識到自己是無限的精神存在在擁有一個暫時的人類體驗的時刻。揚昇就是加速你的能量朝向光的過程。

It is going beyond the mind and into the heart where you will find your soul connection and spiritual guidance to lead you forward on your path. This is where you will find your purpose and see things from a higher perspective. It's about letting go of old ways of thinking and being, no longer fitting into the old paradigm of the "3D world" in which we have lived for eons.
這是超越頭腦，進入心，在那你的靈魂連接和精神指引會來引領你前進。你會在那發現你的目標，從更高的視角看待事物。這是關於放下舊的思考和存在方式，不再融入生活了恆久的3D舊範式。

The ascension process is a shift from the 3rd dimension of intelligence, or consciousness, to the higher 5th dimension of consciousness. The two main stages are:
揚昇進程是從三維的智力或意識轉變到更高的五維意識。兩個主要的階段是：

• The shift into the 4th dimension, which is occurring now, is moving us beyond the mind and into pure awareness and feeling.

• The shift into the 5th dimension, which will occur shortly, will move us beyond physicality and into pure spirit and energy.

5D is where there is no judgment, no duality, no separation—just love for all of humanity and all life forms. There won't be any more control by those who have been in dominion for so long as we are moving into Unity Consciousness and Oneness with all beings. We are waking up from our slumber and realizing that we have been asleep.
5D沒有評判、二元性、分離---只有對所有人和生命的愛。不會有那些統治了如此久之人的控制，一旦我們進入統一意識和與所有存在的合一。我們在從睡眠中甦醒並意識到我們一直在睡覺。

The Ascension process means that humanity is moving beyond the mind and into awareness, feelings, spirit, and energy. We are becoming conscious beings.

There is no doubt that the planet is going through a massive shift. And while it can be easy to get caught up in the drama, there are many of us who are consciously transcending the emotional rollercoaster and choosing to go beyond what we have been programmed to experience.
毫無疑問，地球會經歷一個巨大的轉變。會很容易陷入戲劇，很多人在有意識地超越情感過山車，超越我們一直被編程去體驗的東西。

Those who are aware are becoming increasingly aware that our society was designed to keep us asleep and distracted from what is really going on. But even though this programming has affected many generations, it is only affecting a portion of us today. More and more people all over the world are waking up and choosing not to live their lives in fear anymore.

The ascension process itself has been happening for quite some time now, but it seems as though things are accelerating faster than ever before. We are all being asked to stand up for our truth and remember who we really are. To become the consciousness that we have always been.

Ascension requires you to transcend your mind's awareness and move into a space of awareness that is deeper than your thoughts. Ascension requires you to see past the lies and realize your true potential as an infinitely creative being.
揚昇需要你超越頭腦，進入比思想更深的意識空間。揚昇需要你看穿謊話並意識到你作為無限創造性的存在擁有的真正潛能。

There is a huge difference between understanding and embodiment. Understanding does not give you the ability to embody it. All the understanding in the world is useless if you don't embody it. If you do not fully embody it, then you are still in mind. You still have to go through your mind to get to what you understand intellectually.
在理解和體現之間有著一個巨大的區別。理解不會給予你體現它的能力。如果你不體現它，世上所有的理解都是無用的。如果你不完全體現它，你就依舊處於頭腦中。你依舊需要通過頭腦來明白你智力上理解的東西。

Many people intellectually understand that they are sources of energy. That they are part of God. that they are infinite beings of love and light. However, when something triggers them, which leads them into anger, hurt, frustration, or some other strong emotion, they forget who they really are, and they forget their connection with Source. They forget that they are an extension of God's energy because they are in mind instead of in their heart, being, and consciousness.
許多人智力上理解他們是能量的源頭。他們是神的一部分。他們是無限的愛/光存在。無論如何，當有什麼觸發了他們，也就是引領他們進入了憤怒、受傷、沮喪或其它強烈的情感，他們忘記了他們的真正所是，他們忘記了自己與源頭的連接。他們忘記了自己是神之能量的一個擴展，因為他們處於頭腦中而不是心、存在、意識中。

The only way to be free from your mind is to start moving beyond it. To start connecting with your consciousness and to start living from there.
超脫頭腦的唯一方式就是去開始超越它。去開始與你的意識連接，開始從那裡生活。

You are not your mind. You are the watcher. You are what watches the mind and its thoughts, emotions, desires, hopes, and fears. The watcher is the root of your consciousness. It is pure awareness by which you become aware of whatever is going on in your mind, in your body, and all around you. Your consciousness is the medium through which you experience everything that goes on here in this world, including yourself.
你不是你的頭腦。你是觀察者。你是觀察頭腦以及它的想法、情緒、渴望、希望和恐懼的存在。觀察者是你意識的根源。它是純粹的意識，意識到正在頭腦、身體、周遭發生什麼。你的意識是你體驗世上以及你之內所發生一切的媒介。

To be a witness simply means that you are not the mind – you are consciousness itself. The mind is there; it is a mechanism—an old, ancient mechanism. When you become a witness, you look at the mind: thoughts come and go, but you don't get identified with those thoughts.
成為一個觀察者意味著你不是頭腦---你是意識本身。頭腦在那；它是一個機械裝置---一個舊的古老的機械裝置。當你成為一個觀察者，你看向頭腦：思想來來去去，但你不會認為那些想法就是你。

This is the point where you have become aware of your own self. You start feeling the presence of your own soul. Your past is no longer a part of you, and your future is not yet here – there is only now. And the present is you; it has become your presence.
在那個點你會意識到你的自我。你開始感到你的靈魂。你的過去不再是你的一部分，你的未來還未到來---只有當下。當下就是你：它成為你的存在。
