My heart is exuberant for the opportunity to once again bring you something that can help your souls to leave behind everything that you have stored, that you have kept over time.  The big question is: Why do your souls guard?  So I'll make a parallel: You are in school, at a somewhat advanced level, and you have a very difficult problem to solve.  Several days you think, you look at the problem and you cannot solve it.  Until one day, a bright idea comes to their minds and the problem is solved.  So you take that answer, that solution, and keep it, because later on in another similar problem, you will know how to start and reach the solution again.

So making a parallel, this is what your souls do.  With each suffering, with each pain, with each tragedy, that is kept as a form of remembrance;  remembrance that that path led to terrible solutions;  that path had painful consequences;  That way was a lot of pain.  It's like a chest of memories.  This would be valid if at each incarnation the soul could open that chest and remember, look, every message left for the future.  But this did not happen, because with each new incarnation, the souls could not remember what they had done;  exactly so that they could go through the whole process that they went through over time.

So that chest was being carried, filled over the ages.  He does not only contain negative feelings, he also has good paths, he also has moments of joy and happiness.  But the vast majority of the moments that are kept there are of pain, suffering, and other feelings that effectively do not resonate with love.  This journey of evolution is the opportunity that your souls are having to clean this chest, to do a great deep cleaning, because everything there is very old, it is already stuck, warped, oxidized, broken, nothing else has the shape of the time it was. created.

Of course feelings have no form, this is just a way of explaining to you that that is very ingrained there, very solidified.  It's as if feelings gather over time, and form big stones, big blocks of the same energy.  So breaking these blocks, these stones, is not easy, it is not a simple process.  Your human wills are not enough to break them.  A much greater, more powerful force is needed that can effectively break those bonds and dissolve all those feelings.

But one thing that has to be very clear: You're not just getting rid of everything, it would be too easy;  it would even I say, accelerate the whole process and quickly you ascend.  So it doesn't fully work that way.  Let's say that with each stone that is dissolved, the lessons that have already been learned over time are effectively dissolved, they are gone;  are transmuted into love and Light by the Violet Flame.

Yes, with every meditation you do, no matter what the meditation is like, what comes out of you is always transmuted into Love and Light;  this is the balance of the universe.  We cannot cast low vibration energies into the universe, we must always cast Love and Light.  So continuing.  Those energies that were in those stones and that have already been apprehended, are dissolved.  The ones that still lack learning, these remain, but they no longer remain in the chest, they come to your present time;  they become visible and palpable in this present time.

So it could be that a lot of problems start to appear, that you need to make decisions, need to do some actions that you can't even imagine.  But nothing will appear for now, this will be for the next phase.  In this phase of the journey, you are cleaning, you are throwing away what can be thrown away and you will be receiving in your paths, what needs to be learned.  There is no escaping the lessons.  We're not putting all of you through the tests without you taking the tests.  We are just helping each one of you to lift your souls and consequently have the opportunity to face each shadow that needs to be addressed.  That's what we'll do.

No journey is simple, no journey is easy.  You will go through difficult times.  But I say to each one of you: Do where you want and you will have our help, going through each problem, but looking at it head on, facing and executing what needs to be done.  It is the next phase of the journey.  And we will continue there together with you, bringing the strength, the intelligence, the wisdom and the Light so that you can deal with everything that comes along.  And one thing that needs to be clear: It is mandatory that all meditations are done preferably, in the order they are published.  Don't change the order.

If you feel like repeating, repeat.  It is because your own souls will give you the intuition to repeat.  Now, don't change the order.  You can do as many meditations as you want in a single day, just do it in the sequence shown and don't skip any.  Do it at 21 in the sequence that is placed.
