Dear Lightworkers, dear people on earth,
親愛的光之工作者，親愛的地球人們，

For many of you, the last few days have been about cleansing old energies. For those of you who are having a hard time, we ask to update what is happening under the surface now and why you are feeling so bad.

As you approach the light of yourself, you dig into the darkest depths of yourself as you purify your energy. You have all been evil, terrible people in some previous incarnation and mahy of you carry guilt and distrust of your own ability to be a kind and good person because of the lives that rub in your subconscious. Some of you carry constant feelings that you have to justify yourself to others or work to help others to make amends for what you have done in the past. To clear these, very emotionally difficult lives to see, you need to have reached an energy level that is high enough to be able to see, forgive yourself and then let go.

For those of you who have come to these deep purifications, we want to say, yes, these erections are very difficult for yourself as you are forced to see your own actions in previous lives but have confidence, you are now very close to your own home of light and these evil deeds have nothing to do with this life but are a purgatory that you must go through to cleanse, let go and then be free from the influence of them.

By going through these heavy cleansings, you will stop blaming yourself for things you have not done and cannot influence. You will let go of the fear of taking responsibility for your own actions and you will stop feeling the need to justify yourself by setting yourself aside and helping others do what is good for them but has nothing to do with it, but which has nothing to do with your own way of doing things. In the lives you have performed horrible deeds, you have created a distrust of your own ability to create through action. You are simply afraid to create new evil things when you take action and choose not to act at all. In the New Age, creation through action is a very important ingredient, which is why these fears must now be brought to the surface and healed so that you can embody your bright parts through physical action on earth.
通過經歷這些沉重的清理，你會停止責備自己沒有做某些事，沒有產生什麼影響。你會放下害怕為自己的行為負責，你會停止感到需要通過把自己晾在一旁、幫助別人做對他們來說有益的事情、跟你的行事方式無關來正當化自己的需求。在你執行可怕行為的生世，你創造了不相信你能夠通過行為創造。當你採取行動，你害怕創造新的惡事，選擇一點都不去作為。在新時代，通過行為的創造是一個非常重要的因素，所以這些恐懼必須被帶到表面並療癒，這樣你可以通過你的物理行為體現你明亮的部分。

Freedom is another important ingredient in the New Age. Many of you have felt hindered in creating and doing what you want in your life. You have cleared past lives when you were the victim of someone else who had the power to rule over you and now you have come to the lives where you yourself forced others to obey you, lives where you have prevented others from being free. All these lives must be cleansed. You are in this incarnation completely free. Very few people in the part of the world you live in are forced live under another person's constant threat. You may EXPERIENCE that you are stuck and cannot do as you please, but if you examine yourself and your situation, your limited freedom is almost always due to the fact that you yourself are afraid to take full responsibility for your lives and go your own way as you wish.

The energies that are purified in yourself now lie in your subconscious and when you visually look at them, they look like there is still activity in them. It seems that the energies live in the underground passages of your subconscious and that the events that rubbed against you are still going on there. You must understand that these lives were created by you at the beginning of your energy journey on earth. You were immersed in a very low frequency of yourself and your animal instincts were very strong. Ask your guardian angels and guides to assist you and your Higher Self as these energies are purified. They ARE very unpleasant but in this life they are not physically real but "just" emotional experiences. Ask for assistance from us in the Crystal Kingdom and ask your assistant companions of the light to help you. You will feel VERY liberated when these energies leave you, A LOT !!!
