“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are giving so much of our attention now to the way that humanity is finding opportunities to grow and expand out of trauma and tragedy. This is something that we do not have firsthand experience with, as our star system has been able to maintain peace and unity throughout its entire existence. We, and others like us, become fascinated by how humans can pick yourselves up, dust yourselves off, and actually find some silver lining in what you experience there.

You have had to deal with so much trauma and so many tragedies over the span of the many lifetimes you have incarnated there, and now you are in the lifetime of ascension. And you have so many of the traumas of past lives piled on top of the traumas you’ve experienced in this lifetime, and all of that makes it so much harder for you all to be there and work your way through the emotions that come up for you. We are able to detect when someone is not processing the emotion that is brewing inside of them, and we are seeing less and less people trying to suppress at this time, especially given how much you’ve had to deal with of late.

We would like to point out that your Earth and sun both understand, as conscious beings, the importance for all of you to feel your emotions. They see your emotions as the cure to all of the problems that you have there on Earth. And so, the energies coming up from Mother Earth and down from the sun are designed to activate your emotional sensitivity and to help you all get past the traumas and tragedies you’ve been living so that you can co-create with the powerful fifth dimensional energies that are coming in to support you in that act of picking yourself up, dusting yourselves off, and creating the new society, the new Earth, and the new version of the human collective.

It is a version of the human collective where there is so much more than just tolerance. There is love, compassion, peace, and unity consciousness, and now is the perfect time for the emotion cure to be applied. All that you are living is meant to get you to feel something. Just feel it, and you will be done with it, once and for all. Then you can get on with the good stuff of creating a more perfect version of reality for you and for everyone else to enjoy.
