The commitment of each of you to the Earth and those around you is enormous!  You need to lead by example wherever you go, and it starts with taking care of your own body (a receptacle of the crystalline frequencies that God has so lovingly sent for your own good and benefit).  Take care of nature that is also supportive of all of you!  Take care of your mental health!  Stop watching, following discussions, nonsense, violence news and fear TV news.  Don't feed your heads with these old frequencies.

Today, your responsibility is much greater than ever before.  Every hug you give, every look and every smile needs to be nourished by the crystalline light you are receiving.  When that light reaches your bodies and needs to be relayed, what is the quality of that relay?  This will depend on how well you are taking care of yourself.  How much you are taking care of your body, your mind and your emotions, your being as a whole.  This care is your responsibility.  We can guide, we can instruct, but you must take the step.

The intensity of the codes will increase in the first six months of this Gregorian year and you will feel that and the level of discomfort of this cellular process will be measured with what you are visualizing and bringing to yourself.  The more you take care of yourself, the more you honor your physicality, the better quality the codes will be relayed, and the less discomfort.

We know that many of you have been experiencing extreme discomfort in some areas of your body.  A lot of this is due to the neglect of this self-care for a long time, but it's always time to start over, to redo, to review ideas, behaviors, patterns and here's another opportunity!  May all these lights that we bring here today find access in your hearts, in your minds and in your entire being, bringing the most luminous awareness of that responsibility that you have to bring love, to bring peace, to bring healing and to bring tranquility. .  Don't feed pain, don't feed fear, don't feed chaos, don't feed insecurity.  If someone comes to you with these old patterns, lovingly transmute them with a smile, a hug or a simple one, everything will be fine.  And have this certainty in your hearts, as we have the progress of the Earth and its humanity and the peace that will be installed here.
