The shifting of the energy can happen immediately, and yet, you will still see a lag time between that shift in the energy and the effects on the physical realm. And so, we ask that you be patient with this recovery period. Be patient with the results of your efforts. 方納石（英語：Sodalite），又稱蘇打石，為藍色架狀矽酸鹽礦物，被廣泛作為裝飾用的寶石。儘管塊狀的方納石大多呈現不透明，但是晶體通常是透明到半透明的。和藍方石、黝方石（英語：Nosean）、青金石、鈹方鈉石（英語：tugtupite）同屬方納石礦物群。

  
  

 
今天和朋友餐敘，朋友的阿姨是位能通靈的人，他帶來了那位阿姨前往尼泊爾旅行時買的禮物，還有這個俄羅斯次石墨。她之前和我提及次石墨這種礦石，雖然我是初次接觸次石墨，但近年來我對俄羅斯一直有強烈的情感，或許次石墨和我有什麼特殊的緣分和連結吧！
