The key word at this time is change because change is a necessary requirement for both personal and global spiritual ascension. Individual change automatically brings about global change because every truth realized adds to and lifts the resonance of the collective consciousness that feeds earth's belief system. Large scale global change is the reason so many spiritually enlightened people chose to be on earth at this time--not to do, but simply to BE.

這些年跟著練習，很放鬆(好像越來越放鬆)，很自由，只要你投入，宇宙的禮物 🎁 會嘩啦嘩啦的來到你身邊（笑）。走到今天，好像什麼也沒取得（身心的體驗，最終也會消失的吧？那麼，到底還會剩下什麼呢？還＂有＂什麼？）好像最多...是挪開身心的包袱、執著，淨化，還原。好像只是如此。最後的整合是，通通放過。(今天剛好看到一段薩古魯書中，中譯的分享：成為無垠/無限)

💫 從動了搬家念頭，到退而求其次來整理居家環境，一人作業：

一、清理 | 空間簡化

住了二、三十年的老房子，光是廚房紗窗就洗了兩小時。深刻體認到，定期好好清潔，也就不至於累積成頑污...

捐贈舊衣物，清理過去的文件和雜物(陸陸續續共丟至少八袋)

大型家具(如木框婚紗照)可以向清潔隊預約清運，晚上九點過後拿到約定地點，用紙張註明(已預約清潔隊清運)

Dear Readers, welcome to this first message of the new year and a new year it will be. Because the ascension process is well  underway,  changes are  starting to happen  in the hearts and minds of many.  Some long held beliefs will begin to manifest in new and higher form while others will completely disappear as being no longer relevant.

親愛的讀者們，歡迎來到新年的第一篇訊息，也迎接這嶄新的一年。因為揚升/轉化過程正在順利展開，許多人內心與思想中已開始發生變化。一些長久以來堅信的觀念將以新的、更高的形式展現，而另一些則因不再相關而徹底消失。

New ways of seeing, thinking, and understanding  are going to unfold as increasingly more people wake out of  long held three dimensional programming.  This in turn will raise the resonance of  earth's collective consciousness allowing the majority to more easily access  truth.

隨著越來越多人從長期的三維意識編程中醒來，新的視角、思維方式和理解將逐漸展開。這反過來又會提高地球集體意識的共振，讓更多人更容易接觸到真實。

Because today’s message comes at a time of holiday activity and guests, we wish to once again (as in previous years) explain the symbolism of the Christmas story in this message. The narrative everyone is familiar with is so much more than the story of one man born 2000 years ago because it is every man and woman’s story.

由於今天的信息恰逢節日活動與賓客來訪，我們希望像往年一樣，再次在這篇信息中解釋聖誕故事的象徵意義。大家熟知的這個故事不僅僅是一位2000年前出生人的故事，它其實是每一位男女的故事。

It is important to understand that the word Christ is not a name but is a title meaning “anointed one”. Many believe that the word Christ refers only to Jesus who was of such an evolved state of consciousness that he was indeed an anointed one but Christ-hood never has or ever can be limited to just one person.

約莫從今年八月份，總覺得生活失去動能，過得閒散，想不太起來究竟做了些什麼，也許就是平常普通的日子。

到了十一月，以為冬天是休養生息、偷懶冬眠的那種氛圍，卻好像是過去幾個月積聚的能量大爆發，生活、工作都忙碌起來，注入能量與動能來改變。家裡什麼都壞了(大笑)，雖然都是用了許久的物品，許多更替：沙發、餐桌、棉被、馬桶、小家電...能修就修，該換就換，創作的動力很多，就是待逐步實現(或者沒有實現，也罷)。

持續的志願服務，過程也是讓我看見自己的我執與放不過，擔心及顧慮，害怕自己做得不夠多、不夠好，卻是沒有面對「現實」，好像有種責任、糾纏或制約綁住自己。直到最後，頭腦終於累了，崩潰，我問自己：為什麼我要自己凌遲自己呢？

那兩個字或許說得重了，但當下確實是這樣想的。

看到阿南達瑪依的照片與文章，一直哭，一直哭，不能自己的哭，一遍又一遍，好像是很多懺悔、懊悔，流不完的淚水，好像想要把過去的制約、執著、放不過通通洗淨。好像這個我終於願意臣服，頭腦的分別與區隔，種種投射，帶來的苦太痛太苦，而其實，其實，一切什麼也沒發生，從外在看，事情都很順利，沒有一件事不完美，所有的衝突都在自己之內(而我們可能，有時又把這個混亂從內帶到外在的處境上。)

親愛的朋友們，最近好嗎？想起線上共修和每週分享，楊博士總會說，記得快樂，記得接觸大自然。希望你我一切都好，從這個瞬間、這口呼吸，都好。

昨天是2024/11/11(一)農曆也是11/11，在家中的日曆上看到好多的1。有一些新的習慣從這個月開始，很多事並非事先計畫，就這麼自然而然地發生了。
 

1.蔬食飲食。
